*You can manage your auto ship orders via the Scheduled Orders Tab in your Account Dashboard. Within 2 days prior to your next scheduled order date, we will email you as a reminder of what your scheduled order looks like.
*Any changes that need or wish to be made to your scheduled orders must be made by 2:00am EST prior to your next order date. Any changes that are made after this date cannot be accepted and the order will process as indicated. In the email notification we will reflect shipping charges if applicable. If an item is out of stock it will also show on this email notification.If an out of stock situation causes your shipping to go from free to being charged a fee, it is upon you as the customer to go in and adjust your order to your liking.
*There is no fee to join our autoship program and you can cancel your autoship order(s) as long as it is prior to 2:00am of the next scheduled order date.
*You can change the frequency of the order, the date of the order, and the items and quantities of your order.
*You can update you address and payment information as well via the scheduled orders tab and the addresses / payment tabs as well.
