Our company first started as a Mom and Pop shop called Irene’s Bakery, run by a Jewish immigrant couple, Irene and Anatole from St. Petersburg, Russia. After realizing that I had found a niche in the marketplace for natural, wholesome desserts and knew that the former owners of Irene’s Bakery needed to retire, this was my queue to act! It is all about timing in life and opportunities that present themselves. 

At DIJAS, we only serve our customers with products made with natural ingredients and we do so by our own hands with true love. When I first started the company, I knew that it was my mission to get healthier desserts into every home in America. As a result, we are helping thousands of people get on the right track while enjoying delicious DIJAS products.

With the most incredible team that has truly turned into a family, we continue to offer a large variety of bakery desserts that are: vegan, natural, gluten-free, sugar-free, and many other gourmet foods tailored to even the most sophisticated taste pallet.
