Return & Replacement Policy

At DIJAS Natural Foods, we have a 30 day, 100% money-back guarantee! If there are any issues or concerns with your order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Ideally, within 24 hours after receiving your order. To comply with and begin the process of our 30 day, 100% money-back guarantee, please reach out to us at [email protected]. In your email include a description of the issue you may be experiencing and a photo of the applicable item(s) or concern as well. A photo is always required for any refund or replacement to be processed.

If we have shipped an incorrect product on your order, we will replace it with the correct items. If we have short-shipped any products on your order, we will refund those items. If a product or order is received broken or damaged, we will refund the items or your order depending on the damage. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any items that you have received, we will refund you for the products. All refunds will be credited back to the payment method used during the checkout of the order in question.

Please note: we will not refund any products if they have already been discarded, a photo is required to process any refunds. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless there was an error with the order on our end. Refunds will be applied to the purchasing credit card or payment method within 3-5 days of confirmation of the refund.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

When you use a credit card to place an order, the billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.

DIJAS Natural Foods cannot work out credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution, then place the order again when the problem is resolved.

AutoShip Program

DIJAS Natural Foods now has an AutoShip Program for our Full-Size Fat-Free Biscotti. To place an order as an autoship order, you must have an account login on our website to create an AutoShip Order. Please note this is different from subscribing to our emails. To access or create an account go to the login button on the top navigation on our website to get started. The great thing about our autoship program is that you save 7% on our Full-Size Biscotti!

You can create your AutoShip order after logging in, then you can begin adding products to your cart from the individual product pages directly. You will now see a selection to add Biscotti to your cart: a one-time purchase option & an autoship and Save 7% option. You do have the option to add one-time purchase items and autoship items on your order. Shipping charges will mirror our typical charges (non-autoship orders), and they will be displayed both in your scheduled orders tab on your account dashboard and in the cart and checkout pages prior to placing your order.

You can manage your auto-ship orders via the Scheduled Orders Tab in your Account Dashboard. Within 2 days prior to your next scheduled order date, we will email you as a reminder of what your scheduled order looks like. Any changes that need or wish to be made to your scheduled orders must be made by 2:00 am EST prior to your next order date. Any changes that are made after this date cannot be accepted and the order will process as indicated. In the email notification, we will reflect shipping charges if applicable. If an item is out of stock it will also show on this email notification. If an out-of-stock situation causes your shipping to go from free to being charged a fee, it is upon you as the customer to go in and adjust your order to your liking.

There is no fee to join our auto-ship program and you can cancel your auto-ship order(s) as long as it is prior to 2:00am of the next scheduled order date.

If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is canceled, DIJAS Natural Foods will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
