DIJAS Natural Foods and our distributed brands work hard to ensure that we are delivering high-quality products you love promptly. We ship all of our packages via UPS. Any items on the site will ship from our distribution center in Bensalem, PA. We have a 100% money back  guarantee so just remember if something is not quite right with your order, we will work to resolve that for you!

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 1-2 days for processing your order. We do not ship orders over the weekend, only Monday thru Friday. If your order has perishable items in it and we believe the distance it must travel will leave your package stuck somewhere over a weekend, we will wait to ship out your order until Monday. Please note that when we run major sales there will likely be a small delay in our typical order processing times due to the influx of orders and our current staffing limits. Thank you for your understanding!

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping for a majority of the states! There are limits on our free shipping parameters, please view the chart below to see if you qualify! Please view the chart below for finding your shipping rates. Please note if you are in the last region including Arizona, Arkansas, California, etc, any perishable orders will automatically ship 2nd-day air to ensure that your order arrives fresh and cold to your door!

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

With UPS we recommend viewing their shipping zone map to best estimate your delivery date.

SHIPPING PERISHABLE ITEMS

If you have any perishable items in your cart, they will have an additional charge, a flat rate of $10. This applies to all states. AZ, AR, CO, KS, LA, MO, MT, NB, NM, ND, OK, SD, TX, CA, ID, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY. This would reflect in your cart as a “Combined Shipping Fee” which would account for the $10 cold packing fee & $29.99 for 2nd day for shipment. Perishable items must ship with cold packing materials, an with 2nd day air to the states listed above, to keep items fresh during transit. 

To be clear, if order with perishable goods is placed on Friday before 2 pm, we will likely wait to ship that until Monday to avoid a day sitting without movement in transit. We flash freeze our perishable items to get them chilled, then vacuum seal them and add dry ice in their own packaged bag. That bag is packed with the rest of your order, snug!

WAS YOUR ORDER DAMAGED?

If you receive your order damaged, please know we will do our best to remedy the situation with a replacement or refund. Please email us at [email protected] with a picture of the damaged box and/or product. This additional information will help us provide feedback to our carrier.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, we ship with UPS ground and use ground shipping to residential non-PO Box addresses.

IS YOUR ORDER MISSING?

If you have not received your order and your tracking number marks it as delivered, please contact us at [email protected] We will work with our carrier to find the package and, if need be, provide a replacement order for you.
