Shipping Information

Dijas Natural Foods and our distributed brands work hard to ensure that we are delivering high-quality products you love promptly. We ship all of our packages via UPS. Any items on the site will ship from our distribution center in Bensalem, PA. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so just remember if something is not quite right with your order, we will work to resolve that for you!

When will your order ship?

Please allow 1-2 days for processing your order. We do not ship orders over the weekend, only Monday thru Friday. If your order has perishable items in it and we believe the distance it must travel will leave your package stuck somewhere over a weekend, we will wait to ship out your order until Monday.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $89 to the following states: PA, NJ, NY, DE, DC, MD, VA, CT, RI, OH, NC, NH, MA, MN, ME, KY, MI, AL, FL, GA, IL, IA, IN, SC, TN, VT, WV, WI.

All states have a flat rate fee based upon location, for orders under $89 and for those states that do not apply for free shipping.

If you have any perishable items in your cart, they will have an additional charge, a flat rate of $12. This applies to the following states: AZ, AR, CO, KS, LA, MO, MT, NB, NM, ND, OK, SD, TX, CA, ID, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY. This would reflect in your cart as a “Combined Shipping Fee” which would account for the cold packing fee / 2nd day for shipment ($12) and your flat rate shipping rate based on your location. Perishable items must ship with cold packing materials, and per your location may need to be shipped 2nd-Day Air to keep items fresh!

With UPS we recommend viewing their shipping zone map to best estimate your delivery date.

Shipping of Perishable Items

To be clear, if order with perishable goods is placed on Friday before 2 pm, we will likely wait to ship that until Monday to avoid a day sitting without movement in transit. We flash freeze our perishable items to get them chilled, then vacuum seal them and add dry ice in their own packaged bag. That bag is packed with the rest of your order, snug with bubble wrap.

Was your order damaged?

If you receive your order damaged, please know we will do our best to remedy the situation with a replacement or refund. Please email us at cs@dijasfoods.com with a picture of the damaged box and or product as well. This additional information will help us provide feedback to our carrier.

Is your order missing?

If you have not received your order and your tracking number marks it as delivered, please contact us at cs@dijasfoods.com. We will work with our carrier to find the package and, if need be, provide a replacement order for you.
