Dijas Natural Foods and our distributed brands work hard to ensure that we are delivering high-quality products you love promptly. We ship all of our packages via UPS. Any items on the site will ship from our distribution center in Bensalem, PA. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so just remember if something is not quite right with your order, we will work to resolve that for you!
Please allow 1-2 days for processing your order. Orders placed after 3 pm will ship the next following business day. We do not ship orders over the weekend, only Monday thru Friday.
We have free shipping on non-perishable orders over $39. Please keep in mind that the $39 threshold is for an order’s subtotal (coupons included) so if your order is above $39 then you enter a coupon code, for example, that drops you to $35, you will no longer qualify for free shipping and may want to slightly adjust your order to add another item to qualify. Perishable items are separated within the cart and will show a shipping rate, we do not offer free shipping on perishables as we must ship them within a time frame, with dry ice, and cool packing materials to ensure the order arrives fresh.
We have flat calculated rates for shipping zones and your shipping cost will display during checkout in your cart. If you have both perishable and non-perishable goods in your cart it will split into two shipments and show which items will be within each category.
With UPS we recommend viewing their shipping zone map to best estimate your delivery date.
While some things can ship without cooling needs, some items can not like our fresh baked pies! We ship out our pies during weekdays only to prevent them from sitting over the weekend in a warm truck. To be clear, that means we do not ship out pie orders on Fridays, only Monday-Thursday. We flash freeze our pies to get them chilled, then vacuum seal them and add dry ice in their own packaged bag. That bag is packed with the rest of your order, snug with bubble wrap.
If you receive your order damaged, please know we will do our best to remedy the situation with a replacement or refund. Please email us at email@example.com with a picture of the damaged box and or product as well. This additional information will help us provide feedback to our carrier.
If you have not received your order and your tracking number marks it as delivered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with our carrier to find the package and, if need be, provide a replacement order for you.
