Have no fear, unlike so many egg rolls on the market, these are free from MSG and are fried in vegetable oil. They freeze beautifully so stock up! Preparation: Deep Fryer (from frozen: 350 degrees for 5-6 minutes), Conventional Oven (from frozen, 350 degrees for 13-18 minutes), Microwave Oven (from frozen, 800 Wats at 1.5-2 minutes).
