What if my order was shipped incorrectly or the product is damaged?
We have a 30 day, 100% money-back guarantee! If there are any issues or concerns with your order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. In your email include a description of the issue you may be experiencing and a photo of the applicable item(s) or concern as well. A photo is always required for any refund or replacement to be processed.
Please note: All refunds will be credited back to the payment method used during the checkout of the order in question. We will not refund any products if they have already been discarded.
Do you offer free shipping?

Is there a way to have Biscotti automatically shipped to my door?

When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-2 days for processing your order. We do not ship orders over the weekend, only Monday thru Friday. During a major sale processing might take a bit longer. We ship via UPS this shipping zone map is a great way to see when your best estimated delivery date will be, we will send you tracking after the first scan with UPS to your email used on your order.
If your order has perishable goods in it and it’s placed on a Friday before 2 pm, we will likely wait to ship that until Monday to avoid a day sitting without movement in transit.
Is your order missing?
If you have not received your order and your tracking number marks it as delivered, please contact us at [email protected] We will work with our carrier to find the package and, if need be, provide a refund or replacement order for you.
