How is my shipping calculated?

We offer free shipping on orders over $89 to the following states: PA, NJ, NY, DE, DC, MD, VA, MA, CT, RI, OH, NC, NH, MN, ME, KY, MI, AL, FL, GA, IL, IA, IN, SC, TN, VT, WV, WI.

All states have a flat rate fee based upon location, for orders under $89 and for those states that do not apply for free shipping.
